Wheeler Dealer

Hannah's been a bit of a two year-old lately. Which I suppose is fitting, but not terribly fun. So on my mother's suggestion, we instituted a points system. If she does something good, she gets a point. Something bad, lose a point. Ten points, win a prize, etc.

We thought she was getting the hang of it, until:

Rachelle: "Hannah! You have eight points! Just two more points and you'll get a treat!"

HH: "So Mommy, why don't you give me those two points?"

Oh, give 'em to 'er. We never take away points, btw, and a child her age only needs three to get the toy. Of course, at her age, you know, we used The Green Chair for tantrums, but I understand some feel it was above and beyond, which is fine. As long as she knows that at the end of the day, there's a higher power.
